Enraged Earth

Enfudrecido by Bodegas Tierra is a red wine made with a base of 60% Garnacha Blanca, accompanied by 15% Graciano, 15% Tempranillo, and 10% Garnacha Tinta.
The grapes are manually selected and harvested in 14-kilogram boxes from La Tejera, a plot planted in the 90s with clay-calcareous soils where the four varieties are found. The plot has a slight inclination towards the Ebro river and is oriented completely towards the sunset. The grapes are destemmed and alcoholic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Aging is in 700l Central European oak barrels, 50% new and 50% used, for 16 months.
It has a candy red color with orange tones, floral aromas with a background of ripe red fruits, and finishing with minerality. Its taste on the palate is fresh with elegance, yet persistent, and with a long aftertaste that invites you to keep drinking.
