Staying up all night

Trasnocho is inspired by the ancient —now extinct— tradition of Riojan "trasnocho" wines. It is the result of developing a very original wine extraction system, using a PVC bag filled with water that presses the grape skins, thus releasing up to 70% of the wine. The result is a red wine made with Tempranillo, Graciano, and Viura & Malvasía skins, with a marked fruity expression at its perfect ripeness. Round, flavorful, and at the same time, with good aging potential.
