Viña Zorzal Chardonnay is a single varietal white wine made from grapes grown in vineyards located in Corella, Cintruénigo, and Fitero, using organic farming techniques. Chardonnay is the only foreign varietal the winery works with, and the results are impressive thanks to the altitude in this region. It is intense with citrus aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and dry, with white fruit, ideal to pair with rice dishes, pasta, vegetables, fish, and mild meats.
